Malaysia's Most Trusted Online Casino Platform
WM996 was built with one clear goal — to be the most trusted, most complete, and most user-friendly online casino entertainment platform for Malaysian players across the country.
Who We Are
WM996 started from a simple observation — Malaysian players didn't have an online casino platform genuinely built for them. Not just a localised version of a foreign platform, but an experience that truly understands how local players play, how they deposit money, the language they speak, and the types of games they enjoy most.
That is where WM996 was born. Our team — made up of technology professionals, casino industry experts and individuals who truly understand Malaysian entertainment culture — came together to build something different: a platform where Malaysian players feel right at home every time they log in.
Today, WM996 serves over two million registered members from across Malaysia — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns. Their trust is our greatest motivation to keep improving and growing this platform every single day.
The WM996 Journey
The WM996 founding team began designing the platform with a specific focus on Malaysian players' needs — language, payment methods, and the types of games they enjoy most.
The platform launched with 100+ curated games, Touch 'n Go support, and local FPX banking. Strong early reception from players drove rapid growth in the first few months.
WM996 expanded its portfolio with 24/7 live casino tables, Malaysia Super League football betting and MPL esports. Total membership surpassed 500,000.
WM996 reached 2 million registered members, added 30+ global game providers, and launched a fully optimised iOS & Android mobile app for Malaysian players.
WM996 continues to add new games, strengthen platform security, and ensure every Malaysian player gets the best experience they deserve.
"WM996 is more than just a gaming platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who believe great entertainment should be accessible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone."

The principles that guide every decision we make in building this platform.
Player trust is our most valuable asset — every decision we make is guided by a commitment to preserving it.
We operate with full transparency — no hidden terms, no misleading information.
We're always looking for ways to enhance the player experience through the latest technology and ideas.
WM996 is where Malaysian players come together to connect, share experiences and enjoy entertainment.
We are committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing at all times.
High standards across the board — from game quality to withdrawal speed.
WM996 partners with internationally certified game and technology providers, all independently audited and verified.
All providers have been reviewed and hold independent RNG certification. WM996 only works with companies that have a clean track record and are licensed by recognised international regulatory bodies.
If you ask any player who has been playing at WM996, the first thing they'll usually mention isn't the games or the bonuses — it's how effortless the whole experience feels. From signing up in under two minutes, to depositing via Touch 'n Go eWallet in seconds, to getting help in Bahasa Melayu at 3 in the morning if something goes wrong — WM996 is designed so that everything feels simple and natural for local players.
This is what we mean when we say WM996 is a platform built for Malaysia. It's not just a marketing slogan — it's a series of deliberate decisions made at every stage of the platform's development, from the choice of payment methods and interface language, to the types of games we prioritise and how we train our customer support team.
Malaysia has a uniquely diverse entertainment culture. Players from Kuala Lumpur often have different preferences compared to those from Kuching or Kota Kinabalu. Football fans following the Malaysia Super League and EPL want live betting options that reflect the matches they closely follow. Casino players who enjoy baccarat want tables with dealers who can communicate in a language they understand. Esports fans tracking MPL Malaysia want competitive odds on local Mobile Legends matches.
WM996 takes all of this seriously. We don't just offer a global game library and hope it resonates — we actively curate the most relevant content for Malaysian players, and we continually listen to our community's feedback to keep improving.
WM996 believes that player trust is the foundation of everything. Without it, no gaming platform can last. That's why we invest seriously in security infrastructure — 256-bit SSL encryption protects all communication between your device and our servers, an active fraud detection system monitors every transaction, and all games use random number generators certified by independent auditing bodies.
Every ringgit you deposit into your WM996 account is held in a dedicated account, completely separate from the company's operating funds. This means player funds are always secure and available for withdrawal at any time, regardless of the company's financial position. This is a standard we set from day one, and one we have never compromised on.
WM996 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe casino entertainment should be fun, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship for anyone. That's why our platform includes a range of self-control tools — daily and weekly deposit limits, session time reminders, self-imposed loss limits, and self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break.
Our team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to connect players with appropriate support resources when needed. All WM996 services are strictly for users aged 18 and above, and we enforce a rigorous age verification process to ensure full compliance with this requirement.
WM996 never stands still. We continuously invest in the latest technology to improve platform speed, live casino stream quality, and the mobile app experience. New games are added every week, fresh promotions are planned every month, and infrastructure upgrades are rolled out every quarter — all to ensure that playing at WM996 keeps getting better over time.
Our vision is straightforward — to be an online casino platform that Malaysian players are proud to use and confident to trust with their money. We still have a long way to go on this journey, but every step we take is driven by that goal. Thank you for being part of the WM996 community — your trust pushes us to keep getting better, every single day.
