If you're a player or fan who closely follows the esports scene, you already have a significant edge over others. At WM996, knowledge of the game meta, team records, individual player performance and head-to-head history can all become a real edge. WM996's e-sports platform is where your gaming expertise translates into genuine financial opportunity.
Malaysia's e-sports community has grown at a remarkable pace over recent years. Local teams such as Fnatic MY, TODAK, and Geek Fam are increasingly making their mark on the international stage, and more Malaysian fans than ever are following these matches with genuine passion and in-depth analysis. WM996 is here to complete that experience by offering the most comprehensive e-sports betting markets in Malaysia.
No e-sports title is closer to the hearts of Malaysian players than Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. MPL Malaysia is one of the most-watched e-sports leagues in Southeast Asia, and every season brings drama, upsets and unexpected victories that make betting even more thrilling. WM996 offers full MPL Malaysia coverage with match-by-match markets, including live betting throughout every match.
Players who keep up with the latest Mobile Legends meta — knowing which heroes are strong, understanding team drafting strategies, and tracking star player performances — have a clear edge when making smart betting decisions. WM996 provides up-to-date match statistics and head-to-head history to help you make more accurate analyses.
The International is the world's largest e-sports tournament by prize pool — funded by the global player community, it can reach hundreds of millions of MYR. Malaysian DOTA2 fans follow TI closely every year, and WM996 is the platform of choice for those who want to put their DOTA2 knowledge to good use.
Beyond TI, WM996 also covers all DPC (Dota Pro Circuit) tournaments throughout the year — ESL One, DreamLeague, BetBoom Dacha and many more. Betting markets are available from the group stage through to the finals, with odds updated in real time based on how each match unfolds.
Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant are the two most active FPS titles on the global esports calendar. With dozens of tournaments running throughout the year across Europe, North America and Asia, there's always an exciting match to follow and bet on at WM996. Round-by-round markets for CS2 and map-by-map markets for Valorant give FPS fans the chance to leverage their deep knowledge of team tactics and strategies.
Like any form of sports betting, long-term success in e-sports betting requires a systematic approach. First, focus on titles you genuinely understand — it's better to know one or two games well than to spread yourself thin across everything. Second, actively follow team and player developments through leading e-sports portals and live match streams. Third, apply smart bankroll management — set a betting limit and stick to it no matter the circumstances.
WM996 offers live in-play betting, letting you place bets while a match is in progress. It's one of the most exciting markets available, as odds shift with every development — a team that looks dominant can quickly appear vulnerable after losing key players, creating value opportunities that simply don't exist in pre-match betting.
WM996 understands that Malaysian gaming fans prefer fast, convenient digital payment methods. That's why the platform fully supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay — all with instant processing, so you won't have to wait to start betting. For those who prefer online banking, FPX supports Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now and all major Malaysian banks.
The minimum deposit is just RM10 — ideal for newcomers who want to try the platform without taking on big risk. Winnings withdrawals are processed quickly, and VIP members enjoy instant withdrawals with no limits. WM996 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, so every MYR you win is entirely yours.
With over 300,000 active users following and betting on e-sports every month, WM996 is home to Malaysia's most active and knowledgeable e-sports community.
